Agbonma Nzerue (Nma)
Co Founder
Agbonma Nzerue (Nma) is a devoted reader with an enduring love for romance novels, a passionate advocate for literacy, education, and women’s empowerment. With over two decades of experience in business development and entrepreneurship, she brings both strategic insight and creative energy to every endeavour.
She holds a degree in Economics Education from the university of Port-Harcourt, River’s state, Nigeria and MBA from Coventry university, United Kingdom and is currently completing a PhD in education research at the university of Wolverhampton, west midlands., United Kingdom. Her professional journey is shaped by a strong commitment to mentoring, community engagement, and fostering meaningful connections across cultures.
A published author and mother of four, Nma believes in the power of words to inspire, transform, and connect. Her work continues to reflect her belief that storytelling- and the spaces we create around it-can truly change lives.
Dr. Somachi Kachikwu
Co Founder
Dr. Somachi Kachikwu (Dr. K)—also known as The Learning Transformer—is a global education strategist, EdTech advocate, author, and curriculum expert with over two decades of experience designing impactful learning solutions across diverse contexts. Her work focuses on building effective curricula, training educators, empowering students, and equipping parents with the tools to support academic and personal growth.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Women’s Studies and International Economics from Wesleyan University (Connecticut), a Master’s in Gender and Development from University College London (UCL), and a Doctorate in Education from Marymount University (Virginia).
Dr. K is the founder of The Learning Box International and co-founder of Books and Desserts Book Club, where her lifelong love for reading fuels her mission to foster meaningful connections and growth through literature. She also hosts the podcast Class Dismissed with Dr. K, a thought-provoking platform that amplifies voices in education and champions bold ideas for global learning equity.
A proud mother of four men and a published children’s author, she continues to use every platform—local and international—to transform learning, elevate communities, and inspire change.
